Green Valley’s 445 acres are located in Ansermanuevo, Cauca Valley, a privileged location between Colombia’s sugar cane and the coffe districts. The property is located 5 miles from Cartago International Airport, 25 miles from Pereira and 118 miles from Cali.
Unlike other Colombian Cannabis producers, GV’s property was carefully chosen between Colombian’s sugar cane and Coffee districts at the ideal altitude (3.300 ft. above sea level) and optimal weather conditions (73° and 12 hours of daily natural light year-round) to produce the highest quality CBD & THC extracts.
GV is fully licensed and starting cultivation in 2020. Licensing process pre Covid-19 was taking approximately one year and a half. GV is also one of the only companies approved to produce its own seeds and to register 22 proprietary CBD & THC strains; no additional seed licenses are being issued. Currently GV counts with 29.000 sq. ft. greenhouse in place to conduct the first trials and strain tests.
